Toag may not speak in full sentences, but his observations always pack a punch! Strong of body and heart, Toag is fiercely loyal to the other Winklebeans. His headpiece doubles as a tail and functions as power motor that can even knock him flat. His ears double as spines for protection. When he's in "go mode," he can hear "wahwahwah" noises from friends instead of words. He may need a friend (or two) to get his ears back on and help him listen again.
